Conviction for two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed where the Assimilative Crimes Act incorporates crimes occurring both on tribal lands and in a state's jurisdiction for the purposes of sentencing enhancements under U.S.S.G. section 2K2.1(b)(6)(B).
