Conviction for bank fraud following employee's embezzlement of employer's payroll checks and tax payments is affirmed where the restitution order issued under the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act, 18 U.S.C. section 3663A: 1) appropriately covered the employer's attorney's investigation costs, taxes, and penalties and 2) did not violate defendant's due process rights when the district court reviewed employer's privileged billing records in camera.
