Conviction arising out of an attempt to assault and rob an undercover ATF agent seeking to buy an illegal grenade launcher is affirmed where defendant's lack of knowledge of the undercover agent's status did not preclude his conviction for conspiring to commit an offense against the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 371.
