Swoger v. Rare Coin Wholesalers, 13-56501
In a contract action claiming defendants failed to pay plaintiff for offered expert knowledge on a rare, eighteenth century Brasher Doubloon coin, the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where plaintiff failed to offer proof for his claim that defendants' coin was the first legal tender coin struck pursuant to an Act of Congress.
