United States Ninth Circuit
Glick v. Edwards, 13-35230
In an action alleging a vast governmental conspiracy to violate plaintiff's civil rights following his conviction for sexually assaulting a minor, the district judge's and magistrate judge's refusal to recuse themselves is affirmed where the rule of necessity permitted them to hear the case despite plaintiff naming them and the Federal District Court of Montana as defendants.
