Fidelity Nat'l Fin. v. Friedman, 13-15954
In an action to recover a civil judgment from defendants, the district court's grant of defendants' Rule 60(b)(4) motion for relief from judgment is reversed and the court held that 28 U.S.C. section 1963 permits a plaintiff to register an already registered judgment in a third district for enforcement purposes.
