In an appeal of the district court's award of attorney's fees under the Civil Asset Forfeiture Reform Act of 2000, 28 U.S.C. section 2465(b)(1)(A), the district court's fee award is vacated and remanded for recalculation where the court erred in reducing the plaintiff's hourly rate and claimed hours in an unopposed attorney's fees request.
