Conviction for possessing and distributing cocaine is reversed in part, affirmed in part, and remanded for re-sentencing where the forcible removal of an unidentified item of unknown size from defendant's rectum by officers without medical training and without a warrant constituted an illegal search under the Fourth Amendment.
