In a bankruptcy appeal brought by a trust beneficiary seeking to object to a bankruptcy settlement agreement involving the trust and former trustees, the district court's dismissal of plaintiff's appeal for lack of bankruptcy standing under 11 U.S.C. section 1109(b) is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff's financial stake is insufficient to confer party-in-interest status; and 2) plaintiff's potential claim against defendant does not confer party-in-interest status.
