US v. Hernandez, 12-50585

Sentence for conviction of possession of child pornography is remanded to amend the written judgment to conform with the oral pronouncement of the sentence, but otherwise affirmed, where U.S.S.G. section 2G2.2(b)(3)(B), which provides a five-level enhancement for offenders who distribute child pornography applies to a distributor who anticipates receiving something of value in return for his distribution, even in the absence of a specific agreement providing for reciprocity.
