Sentence for violating 18 U.S.C. section 1591(a)(1) and (b)(2) is vacated and remanded for resentencing where there is insufficient evidence that defendant did not "answer truthfully," because the probation officer erred in not asking the right question or the prosecutor erred in not having the probation officer testify (or both).
