United States Ninth Circuit
Marsh v. Colvin, 12-17014
The district court's order affirming the Social Security Commissioner's denial of a claimant's application for benefits is vacated where: 1) the ALJ erred in not mentioning a treating doctor's opinion and his notes in the ALJ's written decision; and 2) the error was not harmless.
