United States Ninth Circuit
Guam Industrial Servs., Inc. v. Zurich Am. Ins. Co., 13-17005
In a dispute concerning coverage under two policies issued to plaintiff, arising out of a sinking of a dry dock loaded with barrels of oil, during a typhoon on Guam, summary judgment in favor of defendant insurance companies is affirmed where strict compliance with marine insurance policies was required, even when the breach of warranty did not cause the loss.
