US v. Johnston, 13-10097

Convictions for receipt of child pornography and conspiracy to produce child pornography and to travel internationally to engage in illicit sex is: 1) reversed as to conviction for possession of child pornography, as possession is a lesser included offense of receipt of child pornography and it violates the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment to be convicted of both crimes; but 2) otherwise affirmed over claims of error regarding the jury verdict, the search of defendant's computer, and sentencing.
