Yamada v. Snipes, 12-15913

In a case involving the constitutionality of four provisions of Hawaii's campaign finance laws under Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 310 (2010), and related authority, summary judgment in favor of members of Hawaii's Campaign Spending Commission is affirmed where, under Human Life of Washington Inc. v. Brumsickle, 624 F.3d 990 (9th Cir. 2010), the challenged laws satisfy the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
