In an action to recover money seized as a result of an FCPA investigation, brought by stockholders and controllers of a foreign corporation, the district court's denial of appellant's FRCP 60(b)(1) motion to set aside a default judgment for forfeiture is affirmed where the district court did not err by failing to articulate why this case presents "extreme circumstances".
