United States Ninth Circuit
Leal v. Holder, 12-73381
Petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision holding that petitioner's conviction for felony endangerment in violation of Arizona Revised Statute section 13-1201 is a categorical crime involving moral turpitude, is denied, where the BIA reasonably determined that excessive voluntary intoxication, combined with the creation of a substantial, actual risk of imminent death of another person, constitutes morally turpitudinous conduct.
