Aragon-Salazar v. Holder, 10-71763
Petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) decision finding petitioner statutorily ineligible for special rule cancellation of removal under the Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) is granted, where: 1) the seven-year period during which good moral character is required under NACARA ends on the date of the filing of the application; and 2) if petitioner gave false testimony, he did so after the seven-year period.
