Conviction of defendant for trespassing and order barring defendant from Vandenberg Air Force Base after he twice trespassed beyond a designated protest area is affirmed, where: 1) 18 U.S.C. section 1382 does not apply to the facts of this case; and 2) whether or not the designated protest area at the Air Force Base is a public forum, the military may properly exclude recipients of valid bar letters without violating the First Amendment.
