M.M. v. Lafayette School District, 12-15769

Judgment of the district court is: 1) reversed as to the determination that defendant School District did not procedurally violate the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act by failing to provide the parents with their son's complete Response-to-Intervention assessment data and that defendant provided the son with a free appropriate public education; 2) remanded for reconsideration of both the reimbursement due the parents for private instruction and their attorneys' fees award, and for consideration of the parents' retaliation claim; and 3) affirmed in all other respects.
