Judgment affirming the Social Security Commissioner’s denial of an application for Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income is reversed and remanded for further proceedings, where: 1) the weight the administrative law judge (ALJ) accorded to the claimant’s treating providers and the ALJ's adverse credibility determination were not supported by substantial evidence; and 2) these errors infected the ALJ's residual functional capacity assessment and the determination that the claimant was able to perform past relevant work.
