Judgment in favor of plaintiff police officer, a sufferer of ADHD, who alleged that he was terminated in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), is reversed and remanded, where: 1) given the evidence, the jury could not have reasonably concluded that plaintiff’s ADHD substantially limited his ability to work; 2) plaintiff's interpersonal problems did not amount to a substantial impairment of his ability to interact with others; and 3) no reasonable jury could have found plaintiff disabled under the ADA.
