Defendant's knowing and voluntary waiver of the right to appeal his sentence did not extend to the appeal of his conviction for distributing controlled substances outside the usual course of professional medical practice and not for a legitimate medical purpose, to which he pled guilty. For the reasons stated in the concurrently filed memorandum disposition, however, defendant's conviction is affirmed.
