Laguna v. Coverall North America, Inc., 12-55479

The district court's approval of a proposed class action settlement agreement, and the award of attorneys' fees to the attorneys for the proposed class, is affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in finding the settlement agreement and its attorneys' fee award to be fair, reasonable, and adequate; and 2) the district court also appropriately exercised its discretion in ordering that the objector be available for a deposition.
