A petition for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) denial of asylum and withholding of removal is granted, where: 1) substantial evidence did not support the Immigration Judge's (IJ) adverse credibility determination; 2) the IJ erred by relying on petitioner's short-lived marriage to a United States citizen to question his credibility without considering other relevant factors; and 3) the IJ also failed to provide petitioner with proper notice and a reasonable opportunity to produce corroborating evidence, as required.
