Perez-Palafox v. Holder, 11-71201
A petition for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' (BIA) decision vacating an Immigration Judge's grant of withholding of removal is denied, where the BIA did not engage in impermissible fact-finding when it concluded that petitioner was not eligible for withholding of removal because his conviction for transportation of methamphetamine in violation of California Health and Safety Code section 11379(a) constituted a particularly serious crime.
