US v. Cortes, 12-50137

Defendant's multiple convictions arising out of a drug selling scheme are: 1) reversed and remanded for a new trial as to the conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine, where the district court erred in instructing the jury on an entrapment defense and under certain circumstances, a sentencing entrapment instruction must be given to the jury; but 2) otherwise affirmed.
