United States Ninth Circuit

Phillips v. Herndon, 09-56079

The holding of the California Court of Appeal that an accomplice's admission was properly excluded did not constitute an unreasonable application of clearly established Supreme Court law, nor was its decision based on an unreasonable determination of the facts, and thus, the district court properly denied the habeas corpus petition.
