Judgment for defendants on plaintiff's claims of race and gender discrimination and retaliation for having engaged in protected speech in her role as the president of the local union, is affirmed, where: 1) section 609 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act does not protect union officers from discipline suffered in their official capacities; and 2) the district court did not clearly err in finding that defendants did not engage in unlawful retaliation or discrimination.
