The district court's dismissal of a putative class action against defendant alleging antitrust violations in connection with defendant's iPod and iTunes Music Store is affirmed, where: 1) plaintiff waived review of the district court's class certification order; and 2) plaintiff failed to allege sufficient facts to state antitrust claims for damages and injunctive relief.
