United States Ninth Circuit
US v. Hilger, 12-30192
Judgment revoking defendant's supervised release is affirmed, where: 1) Opper v. United States, 348 U.S. 84 (1954), which requires a conviction to rest on more than the uncorroborated confession of the defendant, does not apply to revocation of supervised release; and 2) here, the district court did not abuse its discretion in revoking the defendant's supervised release based on his confession.
