US v. Flores, 12-30078

Defendant's sentence on multiple drug counts and a firearm offense, is vacated and remanded for resentencing, where: 1) any error in estimating the quantity of drugs attributable to a conspiracy to distribute oxycodone was harmless; but 2) the district court erred in imposing an enhancement for use of a person less than eighteen years of age, without an adequate factual basis.
