Krechman v. County of Riverside, 12-55347
Judgment as a matter of law for defendants in plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action for damages resulting from her son's death, allegedly caused by defendant-officers use of excessive force when they attempted to take custody of him, is reversed and remanded, where the district judge improperly weighed the evidence in determining that defendants' conduct was not a substantial factor in the death.
