City of San Buenaventura v. The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania, 10-56727
Summary judgment in favor of defendant-insurers in a declaratory judgment action brought by plaintiff to establish insurance coverage in an underlying condominium buyers' litigation against the plaintiff is affirmed, where, under California law, any occurrence or wrongful act alleged by the condominium buyers took place prior to the policy periods, and therefore there was no insurance coverage.
