United States Ninth Circuit
Cui v. Holder, 08-72936
The BIA properly found petitioner not credible and denied him asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention against Torture, where: 1) substantial evidence supported the adverse credibility determination; and 2) this determination goes to the heart of petitioner's claim that he feared persecution on account of his practice of Da Zang Gong.
