In consolidated multidistrict litigation involving allegations that defendants manipulated the price of natural gas by reporting false information to price indices published by trade publications and engaging in wash sales in the energy crisis of 2000-2002: 1) summary judgment for defendants in most of the cases, finding that plaintiffs' state law antitrust claims were preempted by the Natural Gas Act is reversed; 2) the district court's orders dismissing AEP defendants from the Wisconsin and Missouri suits; and 3) all of the other orders at issue in this appeal are affirmed.
