United States Ninth Circuit

US v. King, 11-10182

District court properly denied defendant's suppression motion, where the Fourth Amendment permits a suspicionless search of a probationer's residence when the probationer has accepted a suspicionless-search condition as part of a probation agreement, and as such, defendant's conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed.
