In appeal of conviction and sentence for conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act by CEO of a real estate development company that contracted to have condominium ceilings scraped and refinished without proper asbestos disposal or notice, judgment is affirmed, where the district court did not err in: 1) giving or formulating a deliberate ignorance jury instruction; 2) applying a sentence enhancement for an offense resulting in substantial likelihood of death or serious bodily injury; or 3) applying an enhancement for the defendant's role as an organizer or leader.
