In defendant's conviction for a misdemeanor illegal entry by an alien, district court's decision rejecting defendant's challenge to his guilty plea proceeding en masse, is affirmed where although the group plea proceeding violated Rule 11(b)(1) and 11(b)(2), the error was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt.
