In a professional gambler's suit challenging her arrest at a casino as unconstitutional and asserting various other claims, district court's grant of summary judgment is: 1) affirmed as to plaintiff's section 1983 claim against the casino; 2) affirmed in favor of the arresting officer on plaintiff's section 1983 claim; 3) affirmed to the casino on plaintiff's abuse of process claim; 4) affirmed in favor the officer on the battery, false imprisonment, and defamation claim; 5) vacated as to the battery, false imprisonment, assault, and premises liability claims directed at the casino; and 6) vacated as to the casino on the defamation claim.
