In a conviction of a defendant for sex-trafficking, district court's denial of defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment based on the Speedy Trial Act and use of a two-level sentencing enhancement for use of a computer are affirmed where: 1) because defendant's guilty plea was unconditional despite the availability of a conditional plea pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure Rule 11(a)(2), defendant waived his right to appeal non-jurisdictional, antecedent defects, including his right to assert a violation of the Speedy Trial Act; and 2) the trial court committed no error in enhancing defendant's sentence for use of a computer.
