In a conviction of a defendant for assault on a federal officer by physical contact in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 111, a denial of defendant's request to limit the courtroom presence of a federal law officer who was the prosecution's main witness is affirmed where Federal Rule of Evidence 615 requires a district court to permit a designated officer to be present during trial, and any related decisions are discretionary.
