Public Lands for the People, Inc. v. U.S. Dep't of Agric., 11-15007
In a suit brought by a group of miners and prospectors challenging the Forest Service's decision to limit the use of motor vehicles to certain roads in the Eldorado National Forest, district court's dismissal of the suit is affirmed where although the miners had standing to bring the suit, the Forest Service acted within its authority when it prohibited cross country traffic and limited motor vehicle use to certain designated roads in the Forest.
