Defendant's conviction for aggravated sexual abuse is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not abuse its discretion in admitting the social worker's interview of the victim under Rule 803(4); 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in allowing a doctor to testify about the characteristics that she looks for when assessing a child victim's story of sexual abuse, and to opine that her evaluation of the child was consistent with the child's allegations of sexual abuse; 3) the district court did not abuse its discretion when it responsively admitted a witness's testimony on the victim's character; 4) the district court's exclusion of evidence of the victim's mother's past conduct was not an abuse of discretion; 5) evidence was sufficient to convict defendant under 18 U.S.C. section 2241(c); and 6) venue was proper under the first paragraph of section 3237(a).
