In a suit against shareholders and former directors of an Alaska Native Regional Corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), district court's holding that it had federal question jurisdiction over the ANCSA claims and supplemental jurisdiction over state-law claims is affirmed, as there is federal question jurisdiction under section 1331 over plaintiffs' ANCSA claims.
