Mojica v. Holder, 07-73098
A petition for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals' decision upholding the denial of cancellation of removal is denied, as in light of the Supreme Court's holding in Holder v. Martinez Gutierrez, petitioner's imputation argument making use of her father's lawful permanent residence is rejected.
