United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Pariseau, 10-30237

In a conviction of defendant of attempted possession to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, district court's denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence of the drugs that were strapped to his legs while at an airport, is affirmed as, the district court did not clearly err in finding under the totality of the circumstances that defendant voluntarily consented to the search.
