Michelman v. Lincoln National Life Insurance Co., 11-35393

In a dispute arising out of a life insurance policy, the district court's grant of summary judgment and the orders denying plaintiff's motion to vacate and motion for reconsideration, are affirmed where Appellee did meet the interpleader requirement that stakeholder has at least a good faith belief that there are conflicting colorable claims.
