In an action alleging claims under the Lanham Act, the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), California's common law of trademark infringement, and the California Unfair Competition Law (UCL), summary judgment in favor of defendant is reversed where there are genuine issues of material fact regarding the federal trademark claim as well as the state trademark infringement and unfair competition claims.
