US v. Collins, 10-50344

Conviction and sentence following plea of guilty to possessing child pornography that had been shipped in interstate commerce, 18 U.S.C. section 2252A(a)(5)(B), are: 1) affirmed as to conviction; but 2) vacated as to the supervised release portion of defendant's sentence, where the district court committed procedural error by failing to provide adequate analysis for the imposition of the residency restrictions in defendant's lifetime term of supervised release.
